Refunds and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
If you need to return a purchase, contact us within 14 days to request a refund. Once the return has been agreed, you should pack and arrange return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. The refund will be processed within 14 days of the safe return of the piece.
You will be responsible for return delivery costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

No refunds given for:

Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error or during delivery.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you with regards to your refund.
The original delivery fees for all approved returns will be deducted from your refund.
Your refund will be returned via the original purchase payment method within 14 days of receipt of returned items.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
In-person Workshops
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the event will receive a full refund minus any transactions fees incurred. Cancellations made up to 2 days before the event will receive a 50% refund minus any transaction fees incurred. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the event.
In the event of a workshop being cancelled by Julia Harwood Art all booked places will be fully refunded (this may take up to 10 working days).
