Hi, I'm Julia
I’m a mixed media landscape artist and creative tutor, working from my little green ‘shedio’ at the bottom of the garden. My work begins with acrylic paint and builds through layers of textured collage, using papers I create through gelli printing - a process I love for its unpredictability and energy.

Creative Gelli Print Workshops
If you'd like to get your creative juices flowing in an art focused environment with like minded people then an in-person workshop could be just for you. I run a variety of half and full day gelli printing workshops at Long Eaton Art Room in Derbyshire.
The workshops are designed to give you clear guidance on how to get the best from this fun mono printing technique, while allowing you lots of time and freedom to explore and experiment. It's suitable for both beginners and experienced artists alike.
